To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Returns are eligible for 110% Lunnora Gift Credit, issued within 7 business days after your returned items have been inspected and approved. Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
