Every Lunnora piece is crafted with carefully selected natural gemstones and refined metal details, inspired by strength, heritage and timeless symbolism.

With the right care, your jewelry will preserve its appearance and character for longer.

Daily Care

To protect your Lunnora jewelry:

- Remove it before showering, bathing or swimming.
- Do not wear it while sleeping, exercising or playing sports.
- Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, oud, cosmetics, lotions and chemicals.
- Allow fragrances and skincare products to dry before putting on your jewelry.
- Avoid dropping or striking the piece against hard surfaces.

Heat, humidity and frequent exposure to moisture may accelerate natural wear, especially on plated finishes.

Cleaning

After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a clean, soft and dry cloth.

Do not wash, rinse or soak the jewelry. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing agents, brushes and ultrasonic cleaning devices, as they may damage the gemstones, plating or surface finish.

Storage

Store each piece separately in its original Lunnora box or pouch.

Keeping jewelry separated helps prevent scratching, tangling and contact with harder materials.

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Avoid leaving it in bathrooms, cars or other humid environments.

Metals and Plating

Plated metal details may gradually develop signs of wear or a subtle patina over time.

The speed of this natural process depends on factors such as:

- Skin chemistry.
- Perspiration and moisture.
- Heat and humidity.
- Contact with perfume, oud, cosmetics and lotions.
- Friction against clothing, watches or hard surfaces.
- Storage conditions.

To help preserve the finish, wipe away moisture and natural skin oils after each wear and store the piece separately.

Natural wear of plating is part of the life of frequently worn jewelry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

When putting on or removing your bracelet, handle it gently.

Use the intended fastening or adjustable cord mechanism. Do not stretch, twist or pull forcefully on the gemstones, cord or metal components.

This will help maintain the bracelet’s shape, strength and fit.

We offer 180 days warranty on all products. If for some reason your bracelet still breaks within 180 days of receiving, even though you took care of it as described above, please send us an email to info@gt-collection.com and we will send you a free replacement.
