I ordered this bracelet for a friend due to the color. When I got the bracelet, it wasn't as red as I had hoped and was more of a deep brown. After a few email exchanges with the company, they were incredibly understanding, went out of their way to try and make me happy, and had been pleasant the entire time.

Even though I am returning the bracelet, I will absolutely order from them again. The bracelet itself is also very well made and beautiful. My only complaint is it is not the same deep red shown on the site (which is also understandable, they're natural stones).
